Shipping For in in stock items, items will be shipped in 2-3 business days with the exception of potential delays for holidays or severe weather or sales events. For personalised items, depending on the quantity and amount of personalisation requested, the time to ship will vary. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally. Returns If you have any questions or issues with your purchase, please contact us at 908-458-6299. We offer returns or exchanges on any defective item. We do not offer returns on apparel items such as hats, facemasks, bandanas, shirts, socks unless defective. You can return the purchased product for either a online credit, another similar item or a refund- minus initial shipping. Refunds are only granted 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be applied by the same payment method utilized to make the purchase. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: Pens, letter openers, key chains, bottle stoppers, ball markers must have no visible signs of misuse. Personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable unless they are defective. Defective is ripped, torn, cracked, broken or the personalization text or design does not match the design provided. For any returns or exchanges of non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping. The mailing address for returns will be provided after the submission of the return request form. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with the following information: Your email address and order ID Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order Use the address provided for returns as the shipping address. Send all items back to us using the shipping address provided Time to process returns or exchanges can take up to 2 weeks.
